R+ is seeking driven individuals who are experienced in strategically curating research, and excel in management and communication to be part of a small design-based research team and fill in the role of a Research Strategist.

In this role you will assist in coordinating, developing, and communicating research across multiple parties for the various clients and projects that R+ takes on.

While it is important to conduct deep research, we value clarity in your analysis, data synthesis, and observations. Being in a small team within a larger architecture company, a great attitude in being proactive and adaptable to working with various personalities will be favourable.

Summarised Responsibilities

Research & Strategy

  • Research, information interpretation, and ideation
  • Design appropriate research strategies suitable to project needs
  • Concept and framework development
  • Content writing and research framing
  • Work closely with the team to create project briefs, respond to client briefs, and develop design proposals and presentations

Project Management

  • Liaising with collaborators and clients effectively
  • Coordinate timelines between multiple collaborators
  • Monitor projects and communicate observations
  • Maintain organised notes and process documentation within the team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time well
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; must be able to create clearly structured presentations to articulate concepts and design approaches for clients

  • Proficient in using a range of technical programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite


Qualification
Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
